TUITION: Fall/Spring 2024-2025:
*The full season’s TUITION is based on the number of weeks in the school year, spread out equally over 10 months, rather than the number of weeks in each month. This means that tuition will be the same amount each month regardless of how many weeks in that particular month. (Please note, your last month in June is a full payment even though June is only two weeks because it also incorporates previous months where there were 5 weeks in the month.) Students who join a class mid-season/mid-month will receive a pro-rated discount for that month ONLY.
Registration: $25 Annual Reg Fee ($45 for families).
*REGISTER for Fall/Spring 2024-2025 by June 30 and we will waive your registration fee!
We accept TWO OPTIONS for Payments:
- ACH (Automatic Clearing House) with NO processing fee.
- Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only) with a 3.3% processing fee.

Tuition Policy:
Tuition is due on the first of each month. Payments NOT paid by the 14th of each month will receive a $10 late fee and will be AUTOMATICALLY charged through your family account (either credit card or ACH) for the full tuition & late fee for that month. You may choose to set up AUTO-PAY for the 1st of each month and avoid late fees.
After making your first payment, you have a month to test out a class(es) before financially committing further. Should you continue after the first month, you are enrolled for the school year (Fall/Spring Season). However, you have another financial "out" at the end of the semester 1st semester (end of January). Should you choose to drop after the first month you've enrolled for any reason other than injury/illness with a dr.’s note you will be charged through your family account (either credit card or ACH) for the remainder of that semester.
Absence Policy:
The Absence Policy at the studio is created to offer students the very best training possible. Consistency and repetition are such important aspects in the overall ability for growth in a student. We want to be able to give our students the highest caliber of training we possibly can so that they can truly excel and feel gratification from their progressive growth. In addition to striving to give each individual student the utmost learning experience, another important reason for the policy is that all classes have an "ensemble" component to them, and some are solely ensemble focused. When students are absent it can be difficult to move forward weekly because of the need to re-teach each student what they have missed. We completely understand and acknowledge that conflicts do arise and that things like sickness cannot be avoided. When creating the policy and choosing the amount of absences allotted for classes we took these things into consideration and we feel confident that the numbers allotted will allow for the occasional illness and conflict in schedules without being a detriment to the overall learning experience for the individual dancer or the class as a group.
Making up an absence: All missed classes can be made up by attending any other class on our schedule that is age and level appropriate. Make ups are not required, but students are welcome and encouraged make up ANY missed dance class. We will NOT be able to credit tuition, should you miss a class and choose not to make it up. All absences must be made up in the season that the class is held. To SCHEDULE a make up, please check our Fall/Spring 2024-2025 Schedule to find the best class options for you, then EMAIL the studio the class class you'd like to use for your make up and the date you'd like to attend. All make ups need to be emailed at least 24 hrs in advance so that we can get your child's name on the class list for the make up so that the teacher knows to expect you.
Potential Required Make Ups: If students have exceeded 6 absences in a full year class or 4 absences in a half year class students MAY be required to make up the absence in a timely fashion, IF the teacher feels they are falling far behind the class. Students will EITHER be required to make up the missed class in a similar style/level class as their current class OR if they’ve fallen extremely behind their class, by attending a private lesson (at whatever that teacher's rate is). It will be up to the discretion of the teacher (no exceptions) as to whether or not a private lesson is required. A private lesson will ONLY be required if students have missed important material that is making it extremely difficult for the student and/or class as a whole to progress. Failure to attend a designated make up if required may result in a dismissal from the class and remaining tuition for that semester is still required. Additionally our Ballet Conservatory Students, Nutcracker Cast, and Commercial Dance Performance Company will have more stringent absences policies which will be found in their contracts. We truly believe that to create the highest caliber of performing arts education this is not only important, but necessary!
