TUITION: Fall/Spring 2020-2021:
*Tuition is based on the full year’s tuition of 40 weeks in the school year, spread out equally over 10 months, rather than have different payments each month based on the number of weeks in that month. This means that your first month includes both late August and September, and your last month in June is a full payment even though June is only two weeks because it also incorporates previous months where there were 5 days in the month. *Due to Covid19 we will be starting our Fall/Spring Season a month later than usual. Therefore the school year will be based on 36 weeks spread out equally over 9 months (instead of 40 weeks spread out over 10 months.)
Registration: $25 Annual Reg Fee ($45 for families).
*REGISTER for Fall/Spring 2020-2021 by August 15th, 2020 and we will waive your registration fee!

Tuition is due on the first of each month, payable through your online family account. Payments NOT paid by the 14th of each month will be auto-debited and a $10 late fee will be added. You may choose to set up auto-debit for the 1st of each month and avoid a potential late fee.

- add $10/month to EACH 1 hr 15 minute class (an extra $2.50/class)
- add $30/month to EACH 1 ½ hr ballet class. (an extra $7.50/class)
- Private lessons are $75/hr and $37.50/half hr. *(Company members rehearsing a solo for a performance will receive discounted privates at $60/hr. and $30/half hr.)
- Please note the Class Rates/Discounts ONLY apply to full school year classes, not half year classes, or short term workshops.
- Please note this tuition does NOT include Ballet Companies, Nutcracker Cast Members, and Performance Company fees for rehearsals, costume, & performance fees. Students accepted into these programs will receive a contract with more information on these programs and affiliated costs.
- Please note DURING COVID19 all hour long classes will be 50 minutes and all 1 1/2hr classes will be 1 hr and 20 minutes. This is so that we can provide SAFE entering/exiting, sanitizing, social distancing, and cleaning in between classes and/or less screen time on Zoom.

You have a month to test out a class before financially committing. Should you continue after the first month you are committed financially through that semester (Fall or Spring). Should you choose to drop after the first month for any reason other than injury/illness with a dr.’s note you will be auto-debit charged for the remainder of that semester.
The Absence Policy at the studio is created to offer students the very best training possible. Consistency and repetition are such important aspects in the overall ability for growth in a student. We want to be able to give our students the highest caliber of training we possibly can so that they can truly excel and feel gratification from their progressive growth. In addition to striving to give each individual student the utmost learning experience, another important reason for the policy is that all classes have an "ensemble" component to them, and some are solely ensemble focused (often musical theatre classes). When students are absent it can be difficult to move forward weekly because of the need to re-teach each student what they have missed. We completely understand and acknowledge that conflicts do arise and that things like sickness cannot be avoided. When creating the policy and choosing the amount of absences allotted for half and full year classes we took these things into consideration and we feel confident that the numbers allotted will allow for the occasional illness and conflict in schedules without being a detriment to the overall learning experience for the individual dancer or the class as a group.
Making up an absence: If a similar class style and comparable level is available, students are welcome and encouraged make up ANY missed dance class by taking another class/level. We will not be able to credit tuition, should you miss a class and choose not to make it up. Due to the ensemble and unique nature of musical theatre and acting classes, student can only make up those classes by attending a dance class. All absences must be made up in the season that the class is held.
Potential Required Make Ups: If students have exceeded 6 absences in a full year class or 4 absences in a half year class students MAY be required to make up the absence in a timely fashion, IF the teacher feels they are falling far behind the class. Students will EITHER be required to make up the missed class in a similar style/level class as their current class OR if they’ve fallen extremely behind their class, by attending a private lesson ($75/hr). It will be up to the discretion of the teacher (no exceptions) as to whether or not a private lesson is required. A private lesson will ONLY be required if students have missed important material that is making it extremely difficult for the student and/or class as a whole to progress. Failure to attend a designated make up if required may result in a dismissal from the class and remaining tuition for that semester is still required. We truly believe that to create the highest caliber of performing arts education this is not only important, but necessary!
Students of Inspire Dance Studio may have the opportunity to be photographed and/or videotaped in classes, rehearsals, or performances. With permission from parents these photos may be used in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our studio’s website, or on social media sites (such as the studio’s facebook or instagram account). In some cases, students names may be used. All families MUST fill out the Photo Release Waiver and return a signed copy to the studio either prior or on the first day of classes in order to participate in classes. Parents can choose whether or not to consent on the form, but everyone MUST fill out a form.
